Spare some change? (Forgotten age)

I made a deck with the theme of a broke-ass hobo in mind living on a little bit of money a day (almost all cards can be played with 1 resource).

The strength of this deck seems to me that you will be operating at a base stat line of at least 4 a large part of the time. Agility with Peter Sylvestre. Strength and knowledge with either Duke or Winging It and Improvised Weapon (the bonus from Dark Horse included).

Dark Horse is a given in this deck since you can play almost every card in your deck at 1 resource which then gives you the Dark Horse bonus. Peter Sylvestre for horror soak, Leather Coat for damage soak. Rabbit's Foot so you don't get screwed if you fail a check (which will happen since 4 stat is good but not exceptional).

Improvised Weapon and Winging It are ideal cards for reactivating Duke and you can play them from the discard to get a +1 to a check in place of the +2 that Duke provides. Since a lot of our checks are going to be close calls Lucky! and Live and Learn are ideal cards in this deck. If you don't have any of these on hand you can use the skill icons on cards to boost you.

Resourceful will almost always be used to get Live and Learn or Lucky! back. The duo of Fight or Flight and Fire Axe is your boss killer combo.

For my dip cards I chose Magnifying Glass for clue gathering reasons. Inspiring Presence has great synergy with Duke and Vicious Blow is always handy in combat.
