This is the deck I used to complete The Dream Eaters-B "Web of Dreams" campaign at standard difficulty, paired with Diana, also published.

This was a blind playthrough so, no techs here.

Deck is a jack-of-all-trades Poorston build which exploits The Red-Gloved Man and Trial by Fire to get as many actions possible with your base stat pumped, getting extra actions with Haste, Swift Reflexes, Quick Thinking, Leo De Luca, for explosive turns.

Resourceful, A Chance Encounter are there for recursion on the "set base value of a skill" cards. Scrounge for Supplies was not a thing when i first built this deck: right now it would be a autoinclude in this build.

Note that this deck pretty much has to be paired with another generalist: you are very flexible if you draw the right cards, but kinda inefficient sometimes (i.e. no Fire Axe means only 1 damage per attack, and Small Favor is not gonna perform miracles, it is there just to keep you afloat while you search for good cards).

While our "burst" cards are offline, Preston Fairmont uses Intel Report, Small Favor, Flashlight on 2 or less shroud locations to still be useful.

This deck uses the renowned Fire Axe+Dark Horse combo, but Preston Fairmont cheats with his Family Inheritance to get more than 1 attack on +2 damage while still mantaining high stat.

Having 1 more resource is often more useful than having Dark Horse online. I'm suggesting to only choose not to gain a resource if you already have some and you are trying to get Dark Horse's buff online. I found myself wanting to be on exactly 1 or 2 resources everytime: you can dump them into Dig Deep in the mythos phase to limit you loss, or just spend it on an asset/Fire Axe attack/expensive event on your next turn.

Rabbit's Foot is there to draw and get you closer to The Red-Gloved Man/Trial by Fire, Dark Horse and other key cards. It will often proc in the mythos phase, when your stat line can't be boosted by Trial by Fire and Family Inheritance is not online.
