I got my initial plays with this deck in over the weekend, even including going up against Dunwich. So far, this seems extremely solid.

First, I LOVE Fire Axe. Unlike the Baseball Bat, its not going away. Supplemented with Burglary, you can lay down serious damage with Wendy. I often find myself going Burglary -> Axe -> Axe. The resource from the previous round + the Burglary resources usually results in an attack with the axe pumped twice the first attack, then twice the second attack. Usually the second attack I'm tapped on resources, so in two attacks I land 3 damage, which clears the board fairly quickly.

I really like the Rogue () style of Evading creatures. I think it's handy when you need to build your board early, or if it takes a while to draw the Axe and/or Burglary. For that, I stick with Backstab, or straight evade + Sneak Attack. Coupled with Pickpocketing, you can get set up much more quickly with this style early in the game. It's important to note that Pickpocketing is not unique, so you can double down on a single evade.

For investigations, I like to tackle the higher shroud value locations with "Look what I found!", with a Lucky! in hand just in case I whiff big. Lucky is just a great card in general.

Rabbit's Foot and Wendy's Amulet are there for the wild icons, and to be recovered by Scavenging. Scavenging is also not unique, making another card you can double dip on from a single trigger.

Initial XP, for me, goes to upgrading the Luckys. I like the 1 of Bait and Switch, but it gets swapped out for a Close Call.
