A generic Roland deck built to take advantage of both his combat ability as well as his investigative nature.
5 weapons should be enough to guarantee one early on, and 10 cards expressly designed to help investigate, he should do fairly well at those two purposes. The cost of the assets runs somewhat high, so the deck has a fairly high skill count to help lower the average card cost.
I'm not sure about having 4 allies, one could probably be changed out as the experience available to the deck increases.
