This is how my "archer" Agnes build ended up after a successful mono-purple Circle Undone campaign. Because it was a mono-purple run I wanted to splash heavily into another colour, so Archer Agnes was born. It was a lot of fun to play and you're very safe versus the Encounter Deck.
It's a relatively simple deck built to kill enemies and kill more enemies.
The only cards that aren't simply upgrades in this deck are the 2 copies of Ornate Bow which start out as Baseball Bat.
In terms of upgrade priority, grab a bow after scenario 1 and scenario 2, then alternate upgrading Wither, Shrivelling and Peter Sylvestre.
Fight or Flight serves you well early on, as with just a couple of points of Horror damage you can fight with bat or bow at 6 easily. The reliable combo of Drawing Thin, Take Heart and Resourceful will sort out any resource and card draw worries you have.
