The light of the streetlamps doesn't seem to reach as far as it should. The sound of someone - or something - scrabbling up the wall of a nearby building sets you on edge. But you know you only have so much time to find Julia, so you steel yourself against the night.

The sun mercifully begins to rise from the Eastern horizon, setting the Miskatonic ablaze with its shimmering reflection.
Heal all damage from Julia Stern. For every 2 damage healed this way (rounded down), place 1 damage on the scenario reference card.
Shuffle the top 2 cards of the encounter deck and Julia Stern together. Place these cards facedown, at random, beneath each Lair location, distributed as evenly as possible.
One at a time, each investigator draws 1 of the set-aside Waterfront Civilian enemies, until no such enemies remain set-aside.
