The once immaculate penthouse has become a chaotic blood bath as the monsters indulge in the frightened and confused party guests. To your horror, the bodies that line the floor don't remain motionless for long...
For each Ally, Civilian, and Cultist card in the victory display, spawn 1 of the set-aside Child of Blood enemies, exhausted, at the location with the most investigators. For each enemy you cannot spawn, add 1 [blood] token to the chaos bag instead.
Shuffle the encounter discard pile and each remaining set-aside Child of Blood enemy into the encounter deck.
