You take a deep breath as you stagger out into the cold night air. Snow falls thickly on the once-pristine lawn, now stained red with blood. The manor is dead silent behind you. The Jewel of Sarnath pulses with an unearthly light in your palm, and for a moment you feel a balmy breeze, the scent of another place both familiar and dreamlike.
