If The Contessa is in play, heal all damage from her and set her aside, out of play. Discard each enemy in play. Move each investigator to Gothic Set. Each investigator loses all of their clues.

Add each location with victory X and no clues on it to the victory display. Remove each Castle location from the game. Put each set-aside Set location into play, unrevealed, along with the Central Lot, (Blurred) side faceup.

Search all out-of-play areas for The Contessa and spawn her at the Central Lot, (Enraged) side faceup. Search the victory display for the Accursed Cape and attach it to her.

Shuffle the top 2 cards of the Reel deck into the encounter deck, along with the encounter discard pile.

Add 1 , 1 , and 1 to the chaos bag.
