If you are at a Ritual Site: You try to seal off another portal. Test (3) or (3). If you succeed, place 1 of your clues around another group's Hub Dimension.
Forced - When any amount of doom is placed on a player card: Place that amount of doom on any agenda as well.
Objective - If each group has "sealed off the Hub Dimension," advance.
