How do you plan on getting enough intellect for Strange Solution?

When I built the deck, I thought Strange Solution worked with Newspaper. My first game I realized my mistake. Luckily I had a Lucky!, haha. So yeah I would not put Strange Solution in the deck, if I were to do it again.
