They say you only hurt the one's you love and luckily for Pete he's dealing with some self-loathing. "Ashcan" Pete tried to torture himself and others around him in a quest to do some truly powerful things. This build of Pete is trying to passively boost stats to be well-rounded. But Pete need some help from his friend's to make this happen.

The Starving Artist: Dark Horse is a massive boost to stats but with a cost. Fire Axe helps you spend your money, as does Calling in Favors. Emergency Cache is there to spurt out an asset but to get back to 0 as soon as possible. Madame Labranche also helps balance your resources.

Friends in Low Places: Duke is a loyal boy but the way Pete lives his life his faithful dog will get beat up a bit. Calling in Favors allows you to load your pup with damage and horror and then send him to fetch the ol'Madame or lil'Pete. Pete can then repeat the process, dumping damage and horror on his allies just to find a new drinking buddy after he's abused the last one. But his friends stick around thanks to Pete's Inspiring Presence.

Living on the Edge of Sanity: St. Hubert's Key is another stat booster but this one comes with a strange cost to sanity. To exploit the -2 sanity the Skills included are designed to auto-win if you have the Key. Without St. Hubert's Key Pete can always resort to some self-harm.
