This is my first solo campaign deck that I am planning on running. If I get some tips on how to build it that would be great.

I've never played Finn so I'm not the best to comment, but...

This looks like a pretty hair-raising deck tbh. You don't have any allies or any soaks, so a couple of bad pulls from the bag could land you in a lot of trouble. You also only have 4 willpower pips among your cards, and at least one of those won't be committable to tests if you plan to actually use Liquid Courage. If you're playing a campaign (Dunwich for example) which includes the encounter sets that have Frozen in Fear and Rotting Remains in play then every draw from the encounter deck could potentially cripple you. It would be more or less guaranteed 3 horror hit for the latter and you wouldn't have any means of removing the former, so you'd be down to 2 actions for the remainder of the scenario.

The inclusion of 2x Contraband seems like overkill to me as well. You currently only have one card that they can target, the .38. It's quite possible that this card could end up at the bottom of your deck, leaving the Contraband's as dead cards except for their pips. For that matter, I'm not sure that doubling the ammo in the .38 is all that important anyway. It's only really good against unengaged enemies, which in a solo campaign means that you'll have already evaded them and could in theory just move away rather than having to shoot them.

Without having played Finn I don't really know what works best for him, but instinctively I think that you need at least one ally (Leo ?) and some kind of a means of handling the encounter deck. I'd consider ditching Scavenging (you only have 6 item cards in the deck for it to fish for) and Survival Instinct (you get a free evade action anyway so the action compression is less important) for 2x Track Shoes. I'd also think about making room for Logical Reasoning in place of some of the other seeker cards you have since it has double willpower pips, can be used to remove a terror from your threat area (which you otherwise have no chance of doing) and is also way more efficient at healing horror than Liquid Courage is for Finn (you only get to heal 2 if you pass that willpower test, which he can't do). In fact I don't really see the purpose of Liquid Courage at all. It's going to be really inefficient in a solo Finn deck. Tennessee Sour Mash looks like a better option.

Anyway, apologies if this sounds too negative, I'm just trying to be constructive. Good luck !
