This is my baseline Akachi deck for starting out a first time play of Path to Carcosa. My partner and I use only one core, which always makes building (and playing) a little more challenging, because we don't have two copies of the all the "must-haves", and we need to split Unexpected Courage. However, it also means this deck is a bit more diverse than the typical Akachi deck.
I'll add second copies of certain cards when the higher level version is available, and intend to swap out my Delve Too Deep cards by around the 4th scenario when the extra XP will have less impact and failure would be more likely to end the campaign.
Notes: We are playing through all campaigns in order, and we can only open a new card pack when we finish the preceding scenario. When a new card pack is opened, we are allowed to freely swap new cards for existing cards with the same pip value, and then spend our xp on any available cards.
