If i play solo i tend to play 2 handed so im not sure if my experience carries over that well, but I use Tooth of Eztli in place of the lvl 0 Grisly Totem because I found the draw to be more useful than the second extra pip a turn. Plus if those second pips are spent in the mythos phase, there are good odds its an or pip at least.
