Another Day, Another Dollar is a permanent offering +2 resources at the start of each game, so it is possible to equip both Leo De Luca and a weapon in the first round.
The future upgrade path for the deck is:
+1 Another Day Another Dollar +1 Extra ammunition (replacing Emergency Cache) +1 Upgraded contraband +1 Double Double
Which means Tony should be okay for Ammunition.
In the meantime, the switchblades allow a reasonable chance of 2 damage per attack, without the risk of Horror damage from retaliation.
Another consideration will be the Intel Report, as coupled with Double Double it offers 4 test free clues for 8 supplies, which could be useful towards the end of a run when Tony has more money than he can use.... payday and ace in the hole would also be a fun combo (shame about the once per round rule).
