Let Jenny spent her resources completely to skill tests and dont let a monster touch her. Your downside are tests except fights. You are going to one-shot every living terror in Arkham and get a clue for free! Hard start so you are going to need taunt and I've had worse in order to gather your valuable resources quickly. In order to have so much xp Jenny must have 2xDelve too Deep in the 3 first scenarios.

49XP?! Even with Delve Too Deep you'd have trouble reaching high thirties. Unless those are characters after two campaigns?

BTW, is Springfield M1903 any good?

Springfield most of the time used by Jenny with Teamwork. i only did once used it on Roland when Shotgun didnt draw so i had Jenny used 2 times engage action but it wasnt a problem since police badge was on play.
