Original build for All or Nothing scenario. Got 44 resources and got out. On the lam was perfect.

Unfortunately, this is an illegal deck. All or Nothing "Skids" doesn't have access to level 4 or 5 rogue cards, so you can't take Double, Double or upgraded Hot Streaks.
