"Ashcan" Pete Toots on his whistle then runs away

This is my attempt at a standalone Pete deck focusing on Pete instead of Duke and enemy management in multiplayer playing to a Survivor Class strength evasion. This deck wants to get set up, then as enemies pile up engage a bunch of them, evade them all and ditch em somewhere. It's off class cards let it engage multiple enemies with free actions avoid AOOs to set up evading a whole bunch of enemies. A more detail analysis of card choices should follow.
