This is a simple Wini deck designed to pair with another investigator, probably Roland Banks, in standalone play at 9XP. The idea is to give Wini a big enough toolbox to function as an all-arounder, with her partner helping with the inevitable Willpower treacheries (whether they volunteer or not, with "You Handle This One!" in case of emergency.)
