Zoey the Righteous Monster Slayer (Dunwich)

Focus on upgrading beat cops and getting charisma (possibly a Brother Xavier as well for calling in favors). Then save up for stick to the plan so you can attach Ever Vigilant, Emergency Cache, dynamite blast or a righteous hunt to it at the start of the game. Finally, focus on upgrading your survival knives and enchanted blades. Agency Backup is the endgame purchase.
