"Ashcan" Pete, Treat on his Feet

A multi-player deck, low cost and high skill that can be used as a fast starter between a guardian and a seeker (for example) to get early game progress made. A halfway house between a support deck, something that can do a little bit of everything and incorporating cards that help give the character staying power.
