Knife & Kukri are placeholders for the dogs. Manipulate Destiny is placeholder for Calling for Backup.

Once the new revealed synergy cards are available on ArkhamDB this list will be updated with (double?) Versatile to add more of those in. And maybe add back in Manipulate Destiny.

Also add in a bunch of the level 0 new permanents. Except the new rogue one because we're keeping the dogs.
