The Unkillables: Daniela Reyes (0XP)

I know you’re all thinking it…

“No investigator is ‘unkillable!”

And, you’d be right! The Unkillables is a collective name I’ve given to all investigator decks I’ve ever created for campaigns and, I thought, why stop now. It’s always been…wishful thinking!

This is my first published deck. I hope you find it useful.

Although not ‘unkillable,’ I’ve tried to build Daniela Reyes to be pretty tough to kill but also to be a pretty tough killer. Guard Dog, Survival Knife and Heroic Rescue play to her strengths whilst cards such as Medical Student, Trusted and Inspiring Presence bolster her soak/healing. Dodge and Delay the Inevitable will cancel some of those attacks.

This build is best paired with a dedicated ‘clue go-getter’ but Scene of the Crime and Evidence will grab some of those clues for you.

This deck has been fun to play and pretty efficient. I’ve not gone for the level 0 cards as there were too many amazing cards I wanted in the level 0 deck. Key upgrades for this deck that I’ve tried have been:

Medical Student —-> Jessica Hyde / Peter Sylvestre

Flesh Ward -—> Peter Sylvestre / Jessica Hyde

Charisma

Machete / Survival Knife —-> Chainsaw (due to this upgrade, I’ve sometimes started with Bandolier instead of Safeguard, however I included Safeguard in this build as I’ve paired this deck more times with ‘clue go-getters’ who can’t take care of themselves!
