With Agency Backup, the sky is the limit. Venturer reloads your trusty 45s, and your knives make short work of weaker foes. De Luca and Haste keep the good times rolling, and your trio of Planned events get you a weapon early, get your setup rolled out quickly, and Teamwork is insanely useful due to how much redundancy you have in your gear: hand a 45, knife, or even your squad of feds off to an ally in exchange for some armor or clue snagger. Lone Wolf tops up your resources in the early game, before you have to start guarding everyone else hard. The mighty Key and flashlights help you snag clues in your downtime, or help crack unreasonable locations.

If you get extra XP, snag Relic Hunter so you can have both accessories at once. Guard Dog -> Beat Cop(2) would make sense as well.
