Tomb Hammer Cal

This is a great all-purpose deck, allowing the player to have plenty of clue gathering options, while still being able to deliver a powerful blow to an enemy when needed. Calvin's flexibility allows him to adapt to the situation at hand, and bring his health and sanity to the limits to maximize his unique power.

Combos:

There are a couple of nice tricks this deck can do.

• Scrounge for Supplies can pull a Talisman of Protection back to hand and then re-equip as a fast action.
• Blood Eclipse can be powered up using Jessica Hyde's regenerating Health (or Cal's if he is looking for damage), and utilizes Calvin's alternate stats, which might be helpful depending on the situation.
• Live and Learn can let you have your cake and eat it too. Take Heart + "Look what I found!"+Rabbit's Foot = FAIL, then test again with a bonus to succeed.

Mulligan:

Look out for your hammers and any cards that let you act without taking a skill check or reward failure.

Weaknesses:

This deck will struggle against numerous monsters and does not have high draw.

Don't expect to lay waste to everything in your path. Utilize your wild/agility icons to get by when it's efficient.
