it's surprisingly difficult to build an Ashcan deck right now. This is a swag at a deck that uses scavenging to abuse items for the character ability and skill test commitments. Unfortunately, I may have gone light on said items.
Didn't realize you can bring an ally as ash. Gonna have to revise this stupid thing.
