This is a 0 xp Joe Diamond deck that focuses on tool assets which can allow him to have useful Tool assets while still being able to use his Detective Colts.
Nice deck :) Suggestion: Consider running Practice Makes Perfect so you can get double uses out of Deduction/Perception/Vicious Blow. Also, Forewarned can save you in a pinch. Good job!
