Feb 04, 2022Hi, thanks for your thoughs on my deck! I really like the Idea of scrying with Dawn to the flame, and thanks for the explanetion of enraptured! Everything you have said is interesting for me because i'm a new player and don't know vert much the game.... I will tweak again my deck for my next run. Thanks |
Hi, Bryan. You didn't request feedback, but since I'm building my own level 0 Lily deck, I hope these thoughts are helpful:
--I want to have five spell assets in a Dragon Pole deck with the hope of playing out three and powering up Dragon Pole pretty quickly. What about adding in a Wither or a Scrying? I like to use the latter before Drawn to the Flame (which could be a zero-cost replacement for Read the Signs) to see if I can finesse out a weak enemy or another card I know I can dispatch easily.
--I often run just one copy of a talent (e.g., Arcane Studies), especially if my deck isn't especially rich. I'm only ever going to play one at a time, and I usually don't the resources to pump into it until later it the game. Having one in my hand, let alone two, doesn't help me much until the rest of my board is in place.
--With limited experience, I wonder if the level 0 Evidence! would sufficient in solo (allowing me to invest that experience elsewhere). There are fewer enemies and fewer multi-clue locations in solo, after all.
--Enraptured needs to be committed to an Intellect test. It doesn't help with Willpower tests, even on investigate spells (e.g., Rite of Seeking). With only two Intellect, I don't imagine this will fire very consistently.
--I wonder if you have enough spells that cost money to really justify investing in the Robes. Many Mystics like them for the soak, but you have 7 Health and 2x Grete.
--With Grete, I would consider another Trusted to keep my 5-cost ally going as long as possible.
