Do Dogs Dream of Android Cats? (clone)

This is a fairly straightforward Ashcan deck for multiplayer investigation of the Dreamlands, with several cards to be played from the discard after using them to perk up Duke mid-turn, plus a simple Forbidden Knowledge + Peter Sylvestre resource engine. The Meat Cleaver proved underwhelming in practice, though I still like the idea with Peter.
