I played Murder at the Excelsior Hotel solo with this deck.
Pros:
large amounts of resources available every turn thanks to Jenny's ability, Lone Wolf and Burglary
You can investigate easily even with high shroud locations using Streetwise, Flashlight and Magnifying Glass
You can Parley with Hotel Guests with high success rate thus remove doom tokens from the game area
You can easily evade every enemy on your way
Cons:
Significantly low Willpower is the biggest problem; you have little chance to deal with encounter cards, or Parley with Arkham Officer. I lost the scenario just because Jenny had no Willpower to succeed in crucial moments of the game
Suggested changes:
Remove Joey "The Rat" Vigil x2, add one more Leo De Luca and one more Unexpected Courage
Remove Manual Dexterity x2, add Guts x2
Remove Think on Your Feet x2, add Fine Clothes x2
Remove Hard Knocks and Drawn to the Flame, add Arcane Studies x2
