I think Lantern is underrated.
This casual play deck utilizes the shroud busting combo of Quick learner with Lantern and Old Keyring to test 3 or 4 shroud locations at 0.
If you wanted to run this deck with current taboos you could swap out a Rabbit's Foot and a Shrine of the Morai for 2x Live and Learn.
A whole grab bag of innate skills backed up by two copies of True Survivor and Drawing Thin + Rabbit's Foot draw combos lead to some pretty big hands. If resources are more your liking from the drawing thin triggers, you can search up your crafty to pump up your lantern and key tests.
Cards to look for in starting hand are anything that stays on the board or draws you cards.
