Norman Withers Deliberates

This one is a theory craft, if it works I think it'll be pretty cool....basically support Norman. Use written in the stars and high value skill cards to reap the benefits. Research Librarian to get tome to at least commit skill cards when not using written in the stars. Lots of card draw to get to the combo. Quantum flux to recur it, because I imagine you'll burn through the deck. And just general good clue getting.

No idea what to XP into though.
