a quick deck to see if Yorrik can survive night of the zealot, if all goes well perhaps even Dunwich later on

Jan 22, 2018 Laboon · 1 What are your thoughts behind the Fine Clothes? The cherished keepsakes look like a good sanity buff, but would adding Peter Sylvester in not do the same and allow room for Rabbit's foot or later on the Elder Sign Amulet?
Jan 22, 2018 SimonMagus · 14 `@Laboon` Fine clothes are added in because his low intellect makes the Parley tests in the beginning of Night of the Zealot and Dunwich much easier, I plan to swap them out when I get more XP. I agree that Peter is better than cherished keepsake, but with the recycling of cards I have found that I want to have as few expensive cards as possible. If I kill a enemy it's much better to play a 0 cost card from discard than burn through the resources to get Peter or another high cost card. I have also found that Fine clothes are actually a decent armour to recycle back since it only costs 1 if you don't have anything better yet in the discard pile. I am also thinking about switching Beat cop for Guard dog to decrease cost even more, and Lantern might have to leave since -1 its not enough for high shroud locations..
