Is William Yorick good in true solo?

I asked the Facebook community for a good true solo investigator for waking side of Dream-Eaters that didn't use Seeker og Mystic (because they were paired with Luke on the other side).

The community suggested Yorick.

Is he a REALLY good true solo investigator?

I'm skeptical. He is ok at fighting, but what about clues?
