Upgrade order plan: Charon's Obol, Lockpicks, Underworld Market (see below), Charisma, Relic Hunter (for increased card draw), Counterespionage (replaces Dark Horse), Enchanted Bow (replaces Old Keyring) for 16 XP.

For upgrades after that, I would next replace Fire Axe or Faustian Bargain with Haste, Burglary, and/or Spirit of Humanity (to pump in bless tokens every round using Heavy Furs and Lonnie to heal), but there are a lot of directions to go. For example, if you're failing tests due to harder playing levels, you can upgrade Lucky and add "Look what I found".

Underworld Market deck will consist of Lockpicks, Burglary, Pickpocketing, Hidden Pockets, and Disguise. Since 6 cards will leave 30-card deck, that will get Lonnie Ritter, Heavy Furs, and Embezzled Treasure (which is illicit but a late-game card). Use Heavy Furs to cancel a chaos token, and after Lonnie takes any sanity damage, use her to heal both.

The priority cards for mulligan are Heavy Furs (or Backpacks to find them), Leo, Lonnie, and a weapon. Lockpicks and hidden Pockets are priorities from the Underworld Market deck.

Scavenge any lost Lockpicks and Enchanted Bows. Counterespionage any doom adding or combat testing encounter cards. You might draw 3 extra cards around with your accessories and Pickpocketing to help with Wendy's ability to cancel chaos tokens.
