Wendy in Venice

A Wendy deck built for Carnevale. This deck would most likely not work solo, but is designed to maximize Wendy's elusiveness and her ability to move quickly with innocent revelers. Her two high stats are the same that you need to test against to keep damage and horror off of innocent revelers from the encounter deck. She will not be able to fight and will spend most of her time evading which can be helpful. She needs to be paired with someone who can take down some enemies and her clue gathering ability is going to be average at best.
