Example Marie Deck

I made this for the message group to quickly demonstrate how I tend to build Marie.

The deck is balanced for draw, upgrades via DTRH and will level up extremely fast. The early charisma is to offset the penalty from DTRH and grab the best defense for Baron Samedi.

The initiates are used to start fueling your spell engine. Once you have the cards you need up you'll want to jump to Renfield instead. Deny existence is reserved for when you take damage and Samedi is up.

Once you get enough experience and the other parts of your deck are working you can upgrade blood pact and relic hunter. Blood pact will delete the level 0 version from your deck and then you can slot in hallowed mirror for one experience. These are probably the only two cards you'll need to fit in that WON'T be direct upgrades, so in this deck DTRH will only cost you two experience while generating up to 14.
