Agnes does what she does best- Spells. Money is the limiting factor, here. Find Shrivelling and Rite of Seeking as fast a possible, with Holy Rosary, Forbidden Knowledge, and Arcane Initiate as your cards of secondary importance. When leveling, Book of Shadows, and leveled copies of Blinding Light are your best bets. A Stray Cat is one option to swap out. Arcane Studies and Look What I found are likely the others, depending upon the scenario. The Grotesque Statue can help. but is somewhat invalidated by the Ritual Candles.
Choosing whether to use Agnes' Heirloom or the Holy Rosary is dependent up on the quest. If facing foe's with high fight values, or locations with high shrouding, don't be afraid to keep your Holy Rosary to move Agnes' Willpower even higher, and make those "attack" or "investigate" (with Rite of Seeking) actions as safe as possible.
It might stretch your resource requirements, but have you considered adding an (upgraded) Peter Sylvestre?
He can replace Holy Rosary'S +1 to willpower effect with added beneficial effects. It would be a second ally, but Arcane Initiate can be sacked after you've tutored your missing spells anyway.
