All the Insight cards are free since they are paid for my his ability. They all go in the Hunch deck. So that's almost all the 2 cost cards. Hat flattens the cuve mostly to zero oher than tools, guns and Crafty. All the tools and other Insight cards can be played using the resouces from Crafty. The cost curve was on pupose to also be in Theme. He plays a gun and a tool, plays Hunches, draws cards till be gets crafty to continue his Wayne Enterprises bankroll.

or just hard mulligan for Crafty. There's enough draw in the Hunch deck to probably cycle and enough guns in the regular deck to have a drcent chance of seeing a weapon early. All the tools are nice to haves to build momentum for the end game rather than must have pieces.
