Hello,
The main idea of this deck is trying to get ST. Huberts Key ASAP, so you will be able to use the desperate skills and improve your stats (along with dark horse). The increase in willpower provided by the key, dark horse and the upgraded Peter Silvestre, will allow you to use the spells without any problem.
