My initial William Yorick deck for a two-handed playthrough of Carcosa with Sefina as my cluever.

I'm fairly new at deckbuilding and this game. I played Dunwich with Agnes + Rex, found it was a little difficult to get consistent damage with Agnes due to low fight, and relying on spells + low card pool. I didn't want to go with a typical guardian, and found that Yorick is a decent fighter with some guardian abilities. Also his ability kicks serious butt.

I have all the investigator expansions, but looking to implement them one by one. I did add in the 5 starter decks to my pool, as well as TCU only for a select few cards.

I wanted Yorick to be the main damage dealer, however have ways to support investigation as I've seen in my previous campaign that it's much needed when playing two-handed. Due to his low intellect, I needed to find interesting ways to get more clues.

  • Gravedigger's shovel: Used mainly as a discard for clue gathering
  • Grete Wagner: Holy hell this card is fantastic. +1 to combat AND clue gathering?! yea please. She dead? Get her back by killing an enemy.
  • Look what I found: Great card for more clues.
  • Evidence!: Staple.
  • Eucatastrophe: Bruh. This card. Absolutely perfect for clue gathering, however not explicit and has so many uses. Combined this with resourceful and you're a discarding god.

The side deck are upgrades that interested me. After scenario 4, with a total of 18XP, I've added chainsaw, elder sign amulet, eucatastrophe, and upgraded evidence! and vicious blow.

I decided to only add 1 elder sign amulet for now, and keep 1 cherished keepsake. This will give me the option to return either depending on my available resources.

Looking to add beat cop with charisma soon as the additional damage and +1 fight would be very useful. Will most likely remove dodge and 1 emergency cache to make space. (I seem to always have an excess of resources due to the low cost cards.
