This deck is all about using Rod of Carnamagos in the middle of an Armageddon test to deal massive damage to enemies. Everything else is in support of this combo.
Jim's ability and Armageddon's ability allow you to keep Armageddon topped up with charges as well.
Gabriel Carillo, Deep Knowledge, Spirit of Humanity, and Faustian Bargain provide card draw, healing, and resources while loading up the bag with curses.
Blasphemous Covenant keeps the bag loaded with curses.
Ritual Candles mitigates the downside of curse tokens somewhat.
Living Ink, Four of Cups, and Holy Rosary help to take your Willpower stat to the moon, so you can still pass crucial Armageddon tests despite potentially drawing multiple curse tokens.
Spectral Razor is a way to fight if you don't have Armageddon, and using the Rod of Carnamagos in the middle of that test (or Favour of the Moon at resolution) means it'll come back to hand at the end of your turn.
Voice of Ra is emergency resource generation to afford Armageddon.
Guts and Promise of Power help mitigate high negative modifiers from drawing lots of curse tokens.
Favour of the Moon takes curses out of the bag to placate disgruntled teammates while also ensuring you get the curse you need for important Armageddon tests.
Dawn Star allows you to go nuclear on a boss or a bunch of enemies at your location.
Jim's spirit deck (listed as the side deck in this decklist) has allies that either give passive stat boosts or are allies that can be discarded for their ability, which you'll want to do to keep the number of spirits below 4.
I played this as a 39xp deck for a series of standalone scenarios. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
