This deck was built for a first true solo playthrough of The Path to Carcosa using a limited collection: one Core Set, The Dunwich Legacy and The Path to Carcosa.
Most popular Yorick lists assume access to two Core Sets or the Revised Core, which was not an option here. Instead of chasing the usual double Machete and double Beat Cop package, this deck focuses on consistency, recursion and making the most of the available card pool.
The core idea is simple:
- Use Machete, Baseball Bat, .45 Automatic and Gravedigger's Shovel to handle enemies.
- Use Flashlights, Lanterns, Shovels and clue events to compensate for Yorick's low intellect.
- Recycle key assets through Yorick's ability and Resourceful.
- Absorb damage and horror with cheap soak assets that can be replayed repeatedly.
The deck is designed to be resilient rather than explosive. It may not be the strongest Yorick build on ArkhamDB, but it is reliable, beginner-friendly and fully playable with a single Core Set.
If you're in the same situation—one Core, Dunwich and Carcosa—this list aims to get the most out of that collection while remaining effective in solo campaign play.
