This is simply the strongest deck you can make given the limitations. It is an all in, clue gathering machine that runs fairly low to the ground.

Strategy: Mulligan everything except Dr. Milan away. Then use the combination of low cost assets and events to quickly gather clues around you. Calling in Favors + Lab Assistant should help you get to Milan if you don't get him in your opening hand.

2 Priority: Cryptic Research (Replace Calling in Favors)

3 Priority: Pathfinder (Replace Laboratory Assistant)

4 Priority: Upgraded Deduction, Shortcut, Magnifying Glass (In that order)

Simply put, this deck will do the work of 3 normal investigators.
