Why .41 Derringer and Knife instead of Machete? I have a similar deck but with 2 Dynamite Blast and Elusive to try and eliminate multiple enemies from a distance.

Perhaps it's too RPGish of me, but it doesn't make sense for Skids to be working with the police, so I use Leo and later Cat Burglar

The deck is only designed to tackle the core set scenarios and get to the resolution of killing UmĂ´rdhoth, and actually the situation you describe with Elusive and Dynamite Blast just never really comes up for me, certainly in the first Scenario. Possibly it happens in the second but not consistently. I include a second Dynamite Blast as an upgrade before Scenario 3 because it only seems to become an issue in that Scenario if things get heated while Skids is getting ready for the final fight (the deck relies on the camping strategy in Scenario 3).

I should say I haven't yet written the strategy guide for this deck (see my one for "Daisy Walker, Bookish Assassin"). The purpose of it is not to be an all-rounder but to get to the final scenario and kill UmĂ´rdhoth, much in the same way as that Daisy deck.

On the use of police I would say you aren't being RPG enough! Who says these Beat Cops aren't corrupt as hell? :-)
