Norman was never popular at the university. He was shunned by others and lacked funding and all that fancy "education" the other professors had. Well Norman had something better! He had his will, his intellect and a freaking HAMMER. Time to show those poindexters whos who!
Okay, Bare with me here. Norman is an amazing cluver who can put most to shame and you should play him as such. Many a good deck have already be created for that.
This deck is created to be part of an "ALL MISCATONIC CHARACTER EXPEDITION TO ANTARCTICA" (See the other decks here: Rita the Reaper ) Problem with the miscatonics characters is that they aren't very potent fighters. How to solve that problem?
Easy! Norman is the answer!
In the first scenario you will have to make due with Shriveling and "i've got a plan" to deal with those skittering nonsenses, while you help finding the clues. Deduction cycling is always very powerfull and with written in the stars/Astronomical atlas/Livre d'Eibon you can vaccum up alot of clues. Use the atlas/eibon to always have a True understanding ready to commit to any encounter test to get even mor clues out of activation.
When you hit 5 exp, then the fun beginns! Go for a Cyclopean hammer, Attach it to Elli Horowitz and then just slam anything that comes in your way! What do you do if you have the hammer in hand before you get Elli? Just wait till you draw her and then use Livre d'Eibon to put the hammer in your deck. Then play Elli. Easy peasy lemon SMASHY!
With more exp, you can get more fun skills to commit to those slammins, making sure you succeed with 3 or more, Heal any horror you take with defiance and get even more Hammers and Atlases.
