Mark Harrigan, Punisher (L+B Carcosa)

A pure guardian build to protect a seeker character like this Lola Hayes. There's just enough here to let him get some clues, like having two Unexpected Courage and two Flashlight. This was a fun build to play (it knocked out Agent of the King in one turn with a Vicious Blow). On reflection, not sure the two survivor cards, Cunning Distraction and Hiding Spot made a lot of sense, but we were limited to the core set and Carcosa for tactics cards.
