Beginning with the scenario extracurricular activity. No access to The Circle Undone cards; or else at the very least 2x Intel Report would be added, maybe .45 Thompsons later. Hyperawareness is there until we get Streetwise and then they'll be removed with Adaptable or otherwise. Will be tempting to buy Charisma considering the campaign, but there are plenty of other ways to spend XP.
