Jenny Barnes knows how to leverage her greatest asset - the trust fund which just got unlocked as she turned 25. She's not above bribing people or throwing money at a problem. Rather, that's her whole strategy. After all, money may not be able to buy happiness - but in Arkham, it can buy success. Plus, you know what they say: you've gotta spend money to make money.

Enter Dr. Milan Christopher. In all likelihood, Jenny probably thinks he's a bit of a square, but he's undeniably useful. Between him and the roguishly handsome Leo De Luca, Jenny has more friends than she knows what to do with - at least until she figures out a way to convince the both of them to stick around.

Mulligan Strategy: Dig aggressively for some combination of: Hard Knocks, Arcane Studies, Dr. Milan Christopher, Leo De Luca. This build takes a few turns to get fully up and running, but the combination of Jenny's income plus Dr. Christopher's supplements (with Burglary!) means you should be able to spend 2-3 resources on skill tests per round - comfortably. If needed, Emergency Cache and Forbidden Knowledge can push that harder. Between Arcane Studies and Hard Knocks, Jenny has the ability to buff all of her stats when she needs it the most.

Combat Strategy: Double or Nothing is incredibly powerful - I suggest hanging onto it for those important fights where four damage on one attack is critical. Normally, I think Opportunist is quite bad, but with the weapons we're including, we're targeting that +2 above quite frequently anyway, and so this gives us another way to try and hit that barrier. Switchblade wouldn't normally make the cut in a deck like this, but I actually think that the fance-upgrade stabber is a pretty reasonable weapon with the new +2 bonus, making it better than the Derringer just by virtue of no ammo nonsense.

Upgrade Plans: Charisma, first and foremost. Having Leo and Milan on the table at the same time is the Holy Grail, in my opinion. After that, there's a bit more flexibility. A straight-across upgrade of Emergency Cache for Hot Streak is tempting, but I imagine we have enough resource gen as-is. I would certainly consider dropping Derpertunist for Cheating at Cards. The aforementioned stabber is an easy choice to upgrade as well. I would also consider getting either Cat Burglar or Hired Muscle to round out the allies we're including to get more bang for our Charisma bucks, except that the campaign I'm thinking of going after has plenty o' story allies as well.
